For more than two decades, I’ve been the behind-the-scenes force keeping complex corporate transactions running smoothly. From mergers and acquisitions to municipal bond financings, I’ve guided attorneys, clients, and teams through every step — coordinating closings, managing due diligence, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
My work covers the full scope of transactional law: corporate governance, entity formations, contract management, and documentation for all types of debt products, including secured loans, asset-based financing, and mezzanine deals. I hold both the Certified Paralegal designation and a Business Organization specialty certification, and I’ve shared my expertise through CLE presentations, exam preparation courses, and published articles.
